Common Questions

Is everything I say confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work together. Everything discussed in sessions remains private, with very few exceptions outlined in our initial agreement (such as safeguarding concerns).

How many sessions will I need?

This varies for each person. Some clients find 6-12 sessions helpful, while others benefit from longer-term work. We'll discuss this together and review progress regularly.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Life happens! I ask for 48 hours notice where possible. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting for support.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, I offer both in-person sessions in Stourbridge and online sessions via a secure video platform. Online therapy can be just as effective and offers greater flexibility.
